Poco M3 Pro has officially launched in India and is the company’s first 5G phone that is powered by a Dimensity 700 5G processor. The phone was announced globally back in May and the company is now bringing it to India. The Poco M3 Pro has a striking switchblade design on the back with a glossy finish. It features a high refresh rate display, 5G network support, had triple cameras on the back and is equipped with a fast-charging battery. Poco M3 Pro price and availability
The Poco M3 Pro is priced starting at Rs 13,999 in India for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB/128GB storage option. It goes on sale from June 14 and will be available on Flipkart. Poco is offering Rs 500 off as part of the early bird discount on the first day of the sale.
Poco M3 Pro specifications
The Poco M3 Pro has a plastic build with a dual-tone design on the back that Poco calls switchblade design. The phone measures 8.9 millimetres in thickness and weighs 190 grams. It features a 6.5-inch display that offers a Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution and support for a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has a punch-hole notch cutout for the selfie camera and is topped with a layer of Gorilla Glass 3.
Poco M3 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor that brings in 5G capabilities with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 GPU. This is paired with upto 6GB RAM and 128GB storage options to choose from. There is an option to expand the storage by using a microSD card slot. It runs on MIUI 12 which is based on Android 11.
There is a triple camera array on the back of the Poco M3 Pro that consists of a primary 48MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There is an 8MP selfie camera on the front as well.
The power button on the Poco M3 Pro doubles up as a fingerprint reader. The Poco M3 Pro is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging out-of-the-box.
